This basement is in Boiling Springs Pennsylvania. Our clients were looking for additional living space for their young children to spread-out into! This basement had nice high ceilings of just under 9′-0″ finished!
Here are the new Zones that we added to this clients home during this 6 week project:
- Full Bathroom
- Walk-up Wet Bar area
- Home Office
- Play area w/ Large Toy Closet
- Home Theater area
We also added a finished closet under the stairs, a nice Pantry closet, a corner cabinet to hide the sump pump in the floor, a finished 5-step banister assemble, a separate Heating and Cooling Zone and a full light door at the top of the stairs.
This was a 5-6 week finished basement project that added another 1100 sq. ft. of beautiful finished basement living space to this clients home!
